General Terms Dance Classes @ Baile Project (BP)
Article 1. BP CLASSES packs
These class packs are offered in 04 variants
**1 single class: € 20
- valid for 3 months from the day of purchase - valid at all classes & locations of the BP
**AMIGA pack: € 32
One promotional ticket for you and for your friend for € 32
For this offer you and your friend have to attend the class together at the same time.
- valid for 3 months from the day of purchase - valid at all classes & locations of the BP
**10 class pack: € 135
- valid for 6 months from the day of purchase - valid at all classes & locations of the BP
1.a. The BP class pack can take effect at any time. After the expiry of the term, any remaining balance on the pack will expire.
1.b. Extensions and/or temporary holds are not possible.
1.c. The class pack can be purchased over 2 variants:
personal use or as a gift card, in any case, the client purchasing the pack will be asked to give the name, number and email for the person that is gonna use the class pack
Article 2. Rate changes
2.0. BP reserves the right to change rates any time. Price changes will be announced on the website and through announcements in the studio, @ 2 weeks prior to the price change. For the current lesson packs, the prices will not be changed during the current term.
Article 3. Freeze/Pause
3.1. In the event that the BP is closed for a continuous period longer than 10 days, current lesson packs will be extended by a proportional period. Refunds are excluded.
3.2. In the event that the BP is closed for a continuous period longer than 10 days, the BP will offer a FREEZE situation to the class pack holders.
Article 4. Classes
4.1 BP reserves the right to cancel classes. Cancellation will be announced on the website on the schedules and on social media. The BP will also make every effort to inform customers who have registered online by email
4.2. The class schedule is published on the website/social media of BP. BP reserves the right to adjust the class schedule at any time.
Article 5. Risk and liability
5.1. Participating in or following a class or course and/or activities of any kind, at BP, is entirely at the member's own risk.
5.2. BP, the management, employees and/or other persons acting on behalf of BP do not accept any liability for material or immaterial damage as a result of accident or injury of the member and / or third parties, arising in any way whatsoever.
5.3. BP,the management, employees and/or other persons acting on behalf of BP do not accept any liability for damage, loss or theft of property of the member and/or third parties.
5.4. Each member is liable for damage caused to property of BP associated studios, if this damage is due to the negligence and/or fault of this person.
5.5. BP is not liable for the non-receipt of sent email to the customer, due to incorrect or changed email addresses of the addressee.
5.6. In the event of a long-term injury or illness (longer than 30 days), the expiration date of class packs can be stopped during the term, temporarily. This Temporary onhold is only possible after the submission of a doctor's statement or other plausible evidence and cannot be granted retroactively.
Article 6. Canceling of Classes
6.1. BP reserves the right to a non-refund policy - in case of needing to cancel your attendance to the class, you can reschedule the date, as many times as you need, according to our term, as long as its done at least 2h before the class. You can cancel the class via our portal or let us know that you cannot attend by e-mail to info@baileproject.nl
6.2. In case class is canceled after the 2h gap, the BP reserves its right to not refund the class credit - with exceptions to emergencys personal matters of the class pack holders - in this case, the client can just reschedule and/or keep their credit for later.

By participating in our classes and events, you may appear in photos or videos taken during the activity.
Such recordings are used exclusively for communication and promotion (e.g., on our social media channels @thebaileproject).
Our instructors will always ask for your permission before recording. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, simply inform us and we will respect your choice.
If a recording has already been published and you later change your mind, you may request removal of your image at any time by contacting us. We will comply without delay.
Participation does not entitle you to any financial compensation for the use of such recordings.
When purchasing tickets online, acceptance of our General Terms includes acceptance of these media conditions.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use functional cookies that are necessary for the operation of our website.
We may use limited analytical cookies to understand website performance. These do not identify you personally.
We do not use tracking, profiling, or advertising cookies.
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.
